To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and intact original packaging. You are also required to provide your receipt or valid proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with instructions detailing how and where to send your package. We do not accept unsolicited returns sent without prior return authorization. All inbound and outbound shipping fees for returns shall be borne by the buyer. We will also charge a handling fee equivalent to 25% of your original order amount.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any items are defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue. Take clear photos of the goods promptly as supporting evidence.

Certain categories of goods are non-returnable. Most of our products are custom DIY items, including special custom orders and personalized merchandise. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product’s return policy.

Regrettably, promotional discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

The fastest way to receive your desired replacement item is to submit a return request for the original product and place a new separate order once your return is approved. All shipping costs both ways for exchanges shall be covered by the buyer.

Notwithstanding the above terms, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return goods within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The same return eligibility criteria apply: items must remain unworn, unused, complete with original tags and original packaging, and you must provide your receipt or purchase proof.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned goods to inform you whether your refund application has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
